• We offer typing practice in Hindi and English languages tailored for competitive exam preparation.

• Our services include free demo tests, premium typing tests, performance analytics, and progress tracking.

• Premium features require an active subscription plan, which is valid for the duration mentioned (1 month, 6 months, or 12 months).

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service with reasonable notice.

• All premium purchases are subscription-based and valid for the duration specified in the selected plan.

• ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any premium purchases.

• Payment must be completed before accessing premium content and features.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and may be subject to applicable taxes.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice to existing users.

• Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of premium features until payment is resolved.

• Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account suspension and legal action.

• You must create an account to access our services and provide accurate, current information.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.

• You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access our service.

• Any attempt to circumvent payment systems or access controls is prohibited.

• You must not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.

• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior towards other users is not tolerated.

• You must not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.

• All content, features, and functionality of TypingPro are owned by us and protected by copyright and other laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription.

• Typing test content, algorithms, and user interface designs are our proprietary property.

• User-generated performance data remains your property, but you grant us rights to use it for service improvement.

• Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution.

• TypingPro is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service availability.

• We are not responsible for any typing test results or their impact on exam performance.

• Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for premium services in the past 12 months.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

• You use our service at your own risk and discretion.

• We do not guarantee specific improvement in typing speed or exam success.
